Introduction
When you activate CashFlow, new CashFlow permissions are set to defaults specific to roles, as configured in your organization's custom roles.
In this article, we'll explain the default permissions for each role, and explain how to update as needed for your organization.
Default CashFlow Permissions by Role
The table below shows the CashFlow permission defaults for each role type in OpenSolar. If you have custom roles set up in your org, their CashFlow-related permissions will automatically match the default Sales Rep permissions

Editing CashFlow Permissions by role
If you would like to edit the permissions on a custom role, select the "Edit" icon on the role's row in your list of custom roles. The permissions listed in the table above will be included in the full permission list for this role.
Once you have edited the role, be sure to save your changes.
