Whether you prefer a bird’s-eye view of project progress or want to focus on project flow, the Kanban View is designed to make project management even more intuitive and efficient.

Managing Projects in the Kanban View
What is the Kanban View?
The Kanban View organizes your projects into columns, representing different stages in your project workflow. Each project is displayed as a card that you can drag and drop between columns to update its status. It’s perfect for teams who want to visually manage workflows or quickly track project progress at a glance.
How to Access the Kanban View:
- Navigate to the Projects page in your account.
- In the top-right corner, find the View Settings and choose Kanban View under View Option and click Confirm.
- Your projects will now be displayed as cards within columns of their assigned workflows’ stages.
Customizing Your Kanban View:

Edit the Columns:
- Update the Workflow in Control to change the Kanban view columns.

Edit your Project Card:
- Click View Settings.
- Under Card Settings, toggle the info that you wish to be displayed in the Project Card and Confirm changes.

Filter Projects in Kanban View:
- Use the Sort & Filter menu or the Search bar to focus on specific projects.
Managing Projects in the Kanban View:

Drag and Drop Projects:
- Move projects between columns (stages) by clicking and dragging the project card to the desired column.
- The project’s status will update automatically when moved.

Customize Quick View Details:
- Customize the displayed details on cards by toggling them in the View Settings under Column Settings.
Switching Between Views:
Prefer the List View for detailed project management? No problem! You can switch back anytime:
- Click the View Settings button dropdown at the top of the projects list.
- Select List View to return to the traditional layout.
