Adding Filters:
In the CRM you are able to sort through your various projects by numerous different filters. In order to add a filter, click on the “sort & filter” button at the upper right section of the screen.
There are many ways for you to filter projects. If, for example, you'd like to see all projects that are currently in the Selling Stage, you can filter by Stage and then select Selling from the drop-down list.
Search Bar:
If you wish to quickly find a project you can use the search bar to enter keywords, like the project address or assigned contact.
Column Headers:
You can also sort your projects by clicking the column headers: Star, Address, Stage, and Priority.
Click multiple times to either sort by ascending or descending order.
