You can change the language of your Swipe Proposal to match your customer’s preference directly from the proposal settings.
Steps to Change the Language
- Open your Swipe Proposal
- Click on the Settings tab in the left-hand panel
- Find the Language dropdown
- Select your preferred language from the list
- The proposal will update automatically
Available Languages
You can choose from the following options:
- Default
- English
- English (US)
- Dutch
- Swedish
- Spanish
- Spanish (Mexico)
- French
- German
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Italian
- Danish
- Finnish
- Norwegian
- Thai
What “Default” Means
- The Default option uses your organisation’s primary language setting
- Use this if you want consistency across all proposals without manually selecting a language each time
Important Notes
- Language changes apply to supported system-generated content across the proposal
- Custom text or manually added content will not be automatically translated
- Always review the proposal in Customer View before sending

If you frequently work across multiple regions:
- Create separate templates for different languages
- Double-check formatting (e.g. currency, units, labels) alongside language changes
