The Swipe Proposal editor allows you to customise both the structure and appearance of your proposal using two key areas in the left-hand sidebar: Pages and Edit.
These tools work together to help you organise your proposal flow, add predefined content, customise visuals, and create a more engaging customer experience.
Pages — Set Up the Structure of Your Proposal
The Pages tab controls the overall structure, order, and flow of your proposal.
From here, you can:
- add predefined pages
- add graph pages
- reorder pages
- rename pages
- hide pages from customers
- delete supported custom pages
How to Access
- Open a project and click Edit Proposal
- In the left-hand sidebar, click the Pages tab
What You’ll See
A list of proposal chapters such as:
- Home
- Energy
- Savings
- Go
Each chapter contains one or more pages.
Examples include:
savings:currentsavings:electrified
You’ll also see an option to add new pages to the proposal.
Adding a New Page
When you click + Add Page, the Page Templates modal opens.
Available Page Types
Predefined Pages
Predefined pages are ready-made proposal pages that can quickly be added to your proposal.
Examples may include:
- About Us
- Customer Testimonials
- Video Page
- Solar Services
These pages already contain structured layouts and supported editable content.
Graph Pages
Graph pages help visualise customer savings, electrification benefits, and system performance using charts and visualisations.
Examples may include:
- System Performance Page
- Bill Savings Page
- Net Financial Impact Page
- How Your System Works Page

Reordering, Renaming, or Deleting Pages
Reorder Pages
Drag the page using the handle next to its name to change its position within the chapter.
⚠️ Note:
Pages can only be reordered within their existing chapter.
Rename Pages
Click directly on the page name to edit it inline.
Duplicate Pages
Use the duplicate option to create a copy of an existing page.
Hide Pages
Use the visibility toggle to hide pages from customers without deleting them from the editor.
Delete Pages
Custom pages can be deleted using the delete icon on the page row.
Edit — Customise Proposal Content and Styling
Once a page has been added, you can customise supported content and proposal styling using the Edit tab.
Unlike older versions of the editor, Swipe Proposal no longer supports drag-and-drop elements or free-form layout building.
Instead, pages use predefined structured layouts with editable supported content areas.
How to Access
- Select any page from the Pages tab
- Click the Edit tab in the left sidebar
What You’ll See
Proposal Modifications
Proposal-wide settings such as:
- House Model selection
- Savings Now & Future Chart Type
- Font Family
- Text Colour
These settings affect the overall visual experience of the proposal.
Colour Scheme
Controls the proposal’s branding and visual styling, including colours used across sections and interface elements.
Chart Colours
Controls colours used in proposal charts and graph visualisations.
Editing Page Content
Some predefined pages support direct editing of content on the canvas.
Editable content may include:
- headings
- paragraphs
- images
- videos
- placeholders
- links
To edit content:
- Select the content area on the page
- Update the content directly or through the Properties panel
Changes appear instantly in the preview
Font Styling and Typography
Swipe Proposal allows you to customise typography across supported pages and content areas to better match your organisation’s branding.
Depending on the selected page or content block, available typography settings may include:
- Font family
- Font size
- Font weight
- Text colour
- Text alignment
- Line spacing
- Letter spacing
Typography settings can be adjusted from the Properties panel when selecting supported text content on the canvas.
Proposal-Wide Font Styling
Some typography settings apply across the entire proposal experience.
These settings are available in the Edit → Proposal Modifications section and may include:

Editing Text Styling
To update text styling:
- Select a supported text area on the page

Changes appear instantly in the proposal preview.
