This release introduces enhancements across CashFlow, Shop, and Design Studio, designed to simplify processes and enhance performance. Highlights include faster invoicing, new site boundary mapping for the Dutch market, Kanban project views, improved payment workflows, flexible battery types in Design, and much more. Let’s go!

Highlights

CashFlow 

Currently available in 🇺🇲 🇬🇧 and 🇦🇺

Easily unlock effortless payments and enable CashFlow on existing projects all at once

Looking to cut your credit card fees by up to 40% and simplify your payment processing? You can now easily convert all existing projects to CashFlow enabled payment options at once by navigating to CashFlow > Payments > Configure > Payment Milestones.  Activate CashFlow

Mapping data 

Save time and cut design errors with Kadaster parcel boundary map 🇳🇱

Parcel boundaries (PDOK Government supplied mapping data) are now available for the Dutch market on the design page. This allows you to clearly distinguish between properties, especially in densely populated areas, saving you hours on property research with error-free designs.  Check it out.

CashFlow 

General

• Improved reminder emails (include payment summary and button)
• Update email reminder logic to stop sending when payment moves out of a sent or overdue status 

Onboarding

• Improved document request experience: Proactive document requests to allow you to submit required documents in the same session as submitting the onboarding application
• CashFlow onboarding flow now allows for manual address entry in addition to the existing Google address lookup functionality

Configuration

• Easier CashFlow adoption: Bulk application of CashFlow payment options for Admins allows pros to more quickly adopt CashFlow as they can push it out to all of their existing in-flight projects. This feature will also allow Pros to more easily update CashFlow settings and push out to existing projects
• You can now easily disable CashFlow for any given payment option

Fixes

• 🇬🇧 Updated payout emails from listing a $0.50 fee in dollars to pounds
• 🇬🇧 Payments page no longer flips to post-sale after the Open Banking payment is made
• 🇬🇧 Easily specify payout method for UK Merchants to ensure they do not see unnecessary fees
• Deposit from payment option being used when the first milestone isn't collected in the proposal

• SmartEase proposal updates now hide the total of payments to accurately reflect what is presented in the SmartEase portal

Shop 

Enhanced purchase order (PO) workflow

• We've added the ability to split a single line item into two and made additional improvements:

• The "Partially Accept Items" button now correctly disables when no valid selections are made
• Split line items are included when the title row checkbox is selected
• Item records update accurately after check-in

Design Studio 

Batteries

• Support for multiple battery types within the same project
• New ways to easily update battery quantity
• Default selection of DC-coupled battery when a hybrid inverter is detected

Calculations

• Faster shading calculations for improved app performance, especially in larger designs
• Bug fixes related to shading accuracy

Fixes & enhancements

• Measurement tools: Enhanced usability with new keyboard shortcuts and expanded coverage, now including OpenSolar Lite
• Resolved auto-stringing bug for improved reliability
• UX improvements for smoother adding/removing of buildable panels

Other updates

🇬🇧PVF scaffolding

• Scaffold quotes are now available for larger buildings, supporting dimensions up to 40m in both length and height

Tariff billing

• Added a new ‘yearly’ option to tariff billing frequency, complementing existing monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly options

Fixes

Docusign

• Resolved an issue where documents or contracts with a fixed countersigner were allowing the contact to edit the countersigner details

Manage page

• Previously, documents generated from unsaved projects did not include the latest changes. Now, all project changes will be saved before generating a new document, ensuring accuracy

Online proposal

• Resolved an issue where contacts could click the "Accept Proposal" button by only entering their name, without providing a signature. The button will now only be active once a valid signature has been added.
