Attach PDF Documents to the Sales Proposal

Attaching a file to the proposal: 

You are able to attach documents, such as specification sheets or brochures, to both the Online Proposal and PDF sales proposal using the following steps:

• Navigate to the manage tab > document section and select the + button. From there select “upload file:

• Attach the file you want to add to your proposal and use the tag "sales proposal - equipment documentation" or "sales proposal - extra file"

• Click the button

From this same section, you are able to attach other files such as utility bills, site images, marketing material, etc.
