We have updated the legacy Price Adders functionality to allow you to customise the cost and price on per system design basis.
We have also added an Adder Library functionality that allows you to predefine commonly used cost or price Adders and define conditions for auto-applying them on a system based on specific parameters.
While in Design, select Pricing from the left toolbar. Under Pricing, click the button that says
“+ Adder/Discount”, as shown below.
Once you click this button, the following popup box will appear for you to customize your price adder or discount.
You can then quickly select an Adder from the library or manually create one for the system. Click "Enter Manually" to create an Adder for this system.

Set the formula used to calculate the adder amount. The options include:

Unit Label (Only available when Formula = "Fixed") |
Add a unit label (Optional) if the formula is Fixed. This will update the Adder's quantity label in the Pricing tab. |
Quantity (Only available when Formula = "Fixed") |
The number of times the adder applies. You can also set this later once you have created the adder on the Price section of the Design Page interface. For example: This is useful if you create a fixed adder for each inverter you install, and you install 2 inverters. So you would set the quantity to 2. |
Price Adder (Only available for Price Adder) |
Set the price adder amount. You can create a discount instead of an adder by adding a negative value (i.e. -100) |
Cost Adder (Only available for Cost Adder) |
Set the cost adder amount. Note that this cost should be set as an exclusive tax amount. You can create a discount by adding a negative value. |
Tax (%) (Only available for Price Adder) |
Set the tax percentage amount on the Price adder. |
Show to Customer (Only available for Price Adder) |
Toggle whether you want the Price Adder to be made visible to your customer in the quotation table. |
Dealer Fee Interaction Type |
This field sets how the adder is adjusted by dealer fees, which can be set on Loan and Cash payment options. There are 3 options:

All your Price and Cost Adders are reflected in the Price Breakdown table.
