Add custom cost and price Adders per system

Set the adder type. The options which include:

1. Price - adjust the price of the system to the customer
2. Cost - adjust the cost of the system to your business
3. Price & Cost

The name or label that you give to the adder (i.e. Site Inspection)

Formula

Set the formula used to calculate the adder amount. The options include:

1. Fixed - a fixed amount
2. Per Watt - amount changes depending on the DC capacity of the system
3. Per Panel - amount changes depending on the number of panels 
4. Only applied to Price adders: Price Including Tax (%) - this is calculated as a percentage of the total price (before % adders are applied) including tax. 
5. Only applied to Price adders: Price Excluding Tax (%) - same as above, but excluding tax.
6. Only applied to Price adders: Price Payable Including Tax (%) - this is calculated as a percentage of the price after incentives to the installer have been taken off (before % adders are applied) including tax. 
7. Only applied to Price adders: Price Payable Excluding Tax (%) - same as above, but excluding tax.

Unit Label

(Only available when Formula = "Fixed")

Add a unit label (Optional) if the formula is Fixed. This will update the Adder's quantity label in the Pricing tab.

Quantity

(Only available when Formula = "Fixed") 

The number of times the adder applies. You can also set this later once you have created the adder on the Price section of the Design Page interface.

For example: This is useful if you create a fixed adder for each inverter you install, and you install 2 inverters. So you would set the quantity to 2.

Price Adder

(Only available for Price Adder)

Set the price adder amount.

You can create a discount instead of an adder by adding a negative value (i.e. -100)

Cost Adder

(Only available for Cost Adder)

Set the cost adder amount. Note that this cost should be set as an exclusive tax amount.

You can create a discount by adding a negative value.

Tax (%)

(Only available for Price Adder)

Set the tax percentage amount on the Price adder.

Show to Customer

(Only available for Price Adder)

Toggle whether you want the Price Adder to be made visible to your customer in the quotation table.

Dealer Fee Interaction Type

This field sets how the adder is adjusted by dealer fees, which can be set on Loan and Cash payment options.

There are 3 options:

1. No Dealer Fee Charged: dealer fee does not get applied to the Price Adder
2. Dealer Fee Charged - Apply to Adder: apply the dealer fee percentage amount on the "Price Adder" and increase the price adder amount.
3. Dealer Fee Charged - Apply to Standard System Price: apply the dealer fee percentage amount on the Standard System Price (which is inclusive of adders), but do not increase the price adder amount by the dealer fee adjustment.
