- Switch between saved views (All Projects, Kanban and Unsold) and filter the list.
- Star the projects you're working on.
- Jump from a project card straight to its Manage, Energy, Design, Payments or Proposal page.
- Duplicate or delete a project, and start a new one with +.
Manage
- Quick actions to reach your customer. Call or WhatsApp the customer in one tap, right from the project, or send them an email.
- Add and edit the customer's name, phone, email and address. The address can come from your location.
- Change the project's stage and priority.
- Assign teammates and add tags.
- Create, complete and reassign tasks with due dates.
- Read the activity history and add notes.
- View documents, or add new ones with your camera or from your files.
Energy
- See the customer's current tariff with its full name, and open its details.
- Change the tariff with a search that shows results as you type.
- Enter usage as the bill amount or the units used (kWh).
- Creating a new tariff suggests using desktop, but you can still continue on your phone.
Design
- Start from Google 2D imagery, used by default for India projects.
- Draw roof outlines and mark obstructions such as water tanks, staircase cabins and AC units.
- Choose the panel and place panels, with the system size (kWp) updating as you go.
- Save the design and pick it up on the desktop for detailed work.
Proposal
- Check the key numbers: system size, annual savings, total price and net price.
- Switch between system and payment options, and between the online and PDF versions.
- Change the proposal template from the ⋮ menu.
- Send the proposal on WhatsApp or with your other send options.
- Let the customer review the price and terms, and sign with their finger to accept.
- Get a warning if the design has unsaved changes, so you never send the wrong price.
