Activating Hiconics components

This page provides guidance on how to add showcase content for Hiconics products in OpenSolar

Adding the exhibiting content

The exhibiting content will be activated whenever the selected manufacturer's items are used. Below we highlight the steps on how this is done:

Go to the design section of your project and click on the battery or inverter tab:

Select the drop-down and search for the item you want to use by either the manufacturer name or the item code. Click on the "Select" button to activate this component in your organisation:

A message will show on the top of the screen letting you know the component has been activated

Below's image demonstrates how the selected Huawei components would appear in your Online and PDF Proposals

To activate Hiconics battery components into your design, please repeat the above steps again, this time heading to the battery selection toolbar in the Design Tab as seen below:

Select the drop-down and search for the item you want to use by either the manufacturer name or the item code. Click on the "Select" button to activate this component in your organisation:
