Unirac on OpenSolar

Summary:

We have partnered with Unirac to help you automatically generate a Bill of Materials (BOM) and include Unirac racking products in all of your designs and proposals.

How to use the Unirac integration

To get started, simply navigate to the "Mounting" tab, then select Unirac. 

Click "UBuilder" to launch the Unirac UBuilder tool directly within OpenSolar. We'll send over all project information, so you can get started on your mounting BoM quickly.

Once you have opened the Unirac iFrame, you will need to confirm the inputs that we have automatically added, or modify as needed (e.g. wind exposure), before finalising your component choices. 

Once you have finished your Design, navigate to Parts List. Then choose "export to OpenSolar".

Your full BoM will be added into the system, ready for the next stage of your project.

Including Unirac products in your OpenSolar Proposal:

When you add Unirac products to your project via the integration, high-quality collateral will be added to your proposal, to help you more effectively convey the value of this hardware to your customer. Just go to Online Proposal and you will then see the products under System Hardware.
