System calculations could not be applied: 'str' object has no attribute 'get'

I have tried every possible way to solve this error byt cant work arount it. What am I doing wrong?

Basically i cannot calculate the price of the system becaus eof this error.

  Hi there,

   

  This issue arises when the pricing for one of the components has an incorrect code in it. To fix this:

  You want to go to Control > Design and Hardware > select each component window > select Download 

  Once the file is downloaded go ahead and locate it in your computer and open this file. Once you have this added, locate the tier column and ensure all rows have that column empty. If there is any code there, remove it and save this file. 

  Once this is done, reupload the component list file. This should remove the error.
