How not to have VAT mentioned on an invoice

Although we have been changing several settings, VAT keeps coming up in our invoices. In our country, Solar products and most services are tax free.

If we can't change this and VAT needs to be mentioned in the total price, we either change this (up 21% VAT, but we get questions about it from our customers because of the tax free ruling) or make sure 0% VAT is to be seen. We - by far - prefer the second option, or would like VAT not to be mentioned at all.

Can somebody please help out?
