Transfer of ownership

Hi there,

Cardinal Electrical Ltd (trading as Cardinal Energy Ltd) have taken over all aspects of operations from Smart Energy UK. 

How do we go about transferring the ownership of the OpenSolar account as to include all the historical jobs?

  Hi David,

  Thank you for your message 
   
  The original administrator of the account can grant you access as an administrator so that you can download and transfer any information you need and give you access to the open API to move documents around and view all documents currently showing on the system.
   
  I would advise contacting the original administrator and having them give you access. Unfortunately, I cannot grant you access without their express permission.

  By the way I find it hard to believe you don't have a single support line I could call to enquire regarding this.
