BIG PROBLEM, Contact Details are not available > Can´t type in a new Contact for the Contract

Since Yesterday, there is a problem with Creating new Contracts > All of our Company cannot Type in new Contacts!

as you can See on top> i can just add an existent Contact! Please HELP ASAP
