Battery Price & Cost Issue

after set up price & cost of battery, apply in proposal, only cost of battery affect to total cost, the price doesn't affect to sales price at all, contact support for few times, no one can fix it or help me to figure out. Can any body here has same issue? Or solution ?

  We are having issues with our proposals and the battery pricing is incorrect, we have reached out a few times to get this corrected and they say its been fixed but it is still pricing wrong on the proposal. How do we get this fixed?
