Inverter Apsystems DS3D LATAM is giving me an error

Hello. I am trying to build a proposal for my first customer. I am pairing 4 canadian solar cs6w-545's with a DS3D (latam version), but the software is telling me that the panel vmp is below the inverter's minimum. This inverter takes 2 panels in series in each of it's inputs, for a total of 4 (or could also be just 2). 2 in series is way above the inverters minimum operating voltage.

I was guessing it's how the braches are configured in the software, but no matter how I configure the branches it doesn't work. I have tried 1 branch, 2 strings, 2 branches with one string each, using auto string, without strings and branches.

I have read the datasheet for the inverter, and these panels fit perfectly, as long as there are two in series in one mppt.

Is there an error on my part? Or the software? I am guessing it's the stringing, as no matter how I string, the voltage does not seem to change in the info.
