team members need to see shared projects

I have team memerbs that need to see all projects including those shared with us from another organization. Right now anything shared with us they cannot see. I've tried all the stock roles ans custom roles we created and noe give access to share projects. The only way to do so is to give admin permission. Admin permissions should be limited to certain people and not everyone that needs to see all projects.

  Hi there,

  This can be accomplished by granting all access to the custom role for the line of "Grant Access To Projects From These Users"

  Once this is checked, anyone with this role will have access to all the projects.
