Android/ios app - offline capabilities

Hi.

I'm assessing whether to migrate to using OpenSolar in our business. I was told that the UK MCS docs (handover-pack installation) can be completed by the installers whilst on site.

If the mobile network was unavailable (e.g. install at a remote site), would the installer be able to add the data to the docs offline, for upload at a later time.
