Calculation error: 'Utility tariff rate bill item must have a type assigned to it

Hello from India

Can someone suggest how to resolve error "Calculation error: 'Utility tariff rate bill item must have a type assigned to it". Getting this error for every project i am creating for the state of Goa,India. Other states not having this tariff issue. Tariff rate plan created by opensolar support team based on the tariff data available on Goa Electricity Board website. I cannot find this setting in tariff data.
