Hi Everyone,

We are so glad to have you here. At OpenSolar we do everything we can to assist you every day. We show up every day ready to oversee every problem you may encounter, and we do everything possible to get it sorted as promptly as we can. From our end, we understand that you are running a business and we consider ourselves as much part of your business as you are.  That is what really makes us different in this industry.

To us you will never be a number and your business will never be just a profit for us. To us your business is the way we accelerate solar and that is our core mission here at OpenSolar. 

We have many processes in place to support each solar professional such as training sessions and onboarding, the weekly webinars and recordings, a constantly expanding help center and ticket system.  Today though, we’re announcing an additional support service - our new community help center.

We’ve designed it in such a way that you can interact with other solar professionals from all over the globe who, just like you, are building great businesses to address the climate crisis. 

In the community page, you will be able to engage in regular discussions with other pros. You can:

• review tips and tricks of using the platform as well as share your own
• reach out and ask for guidance on your design using our solar designing section. You
• request features of our team
• see new integrations and features that are released
• ask your questions but also answer any question that another pro might have asked
• compare and see how other pros might be using the platform and gain insights on other ways you can use it

We hope you can learn from those that already found answers to the questions you currently have, and that they can pass along any wisdom they’ve gathered. If you yourself are an expert on OpenSolar and can pay it forward by helping other solar businesses, we invite and encourage you to do so!

Keeping that in mind, this is a safe space and we please ask everyone to be kind to others and enjoy this amazing adventure we are all on together.  The actions we take and the people we help today can shape our tomorrow.
