Pros now have the ability to add project notes to the project history log so that all key customer interactions and touchpoints can be kept in one easy place.
To use this feature, go to the project zone for a specific project. Click on the small notes button within the project history area:
You can then type in your notes from a recent email or call with your customer, and have these time-stamped within this project history log to refer back to at any time.
