Understanding the Daily Energy Flow Chart 📊

Hey there! In this video, I'll be explaining the Daily Energy Flow Chart that you can find in the design Studio in Open Solar.

Once you've added your panels, inverter, and battery to the system, you can check out the summary tab on your system design and scroll down to the Daily Energy Flow Chart.

This chart shows you how the solar and batteries are interacting with the home and how they offset the customer's energy usage. You can preview this in the design studio or walk your customer through it in the proposal tool. The proposal version of the chart shows each season of the year, self-consumption, and how much energy is exported back to the grid. I'll also explain how the battery interacts with the system and how you can program it to store energy at different times. Check it out!
