This only applies to small system sizes of less than 25kW, as the RECs are paid upfront.

Steps for Creating Incentive
- Create Size Based Incentive with the "Sized Based Incentive Type" set to PV System AC Capacity (kW). Note: depending on whether the incentive will go directly to the customer or through the installer, you can optionally choose to make the incentive to the installer or to the customer. Here it assumed that it will go through the installer.
- Calculate the value of the RECs in $/kW based off the REC price shown in the table using the following formula:
Note: This is currently a workaround that will allow you to model this incentive but will requiring you to make some assumptions on the capacity factor. We suggest to use a conservative capacity factor of 16.42% if you are not too sure what Capacity Factor to use.
Example : A 10kW system was designed located in the geographical territory of Group A. Since the system size is less than 25kW, it falls under the small system size category. The current active block for the Adjustable Block Program is block 4 at the price of $75.29 per REC. To calculate the Value per unit for the incentive we do the following calculations, assuming a capacity factor of 16.42%.
