🎥 Making Changes to a Sold/Accepted System

hi there and welcome back to OpenSolar in this short video I'm going to show you how to make changes to a previously sold or accepted system. In some cases your customer might choose the wrong option or they might choose a particular option and then a week later they tell you that they want a battery or more panels or whatever it might be. You can easily go into OpenSolar to make those changes and resend it to them. If we go into this info tab for that previously sold system you can scroll down to the sales area. Here you can expand that section and then you want to deselect the sold system from here by clicking on the blank space deselect the sold payment option like this as well then click save at the top right. Once you've done that, you also want to remove the transaction here so you click on this edit button and then click on delete transaction. Now that's done you can hop into the design area like this and make any changes to that design. For example, we might just duplicate it and then give them a battery. In this example, re-title it "new system option" and hit save. Go back to the online proposal, like this, click continue, and then you just need to save those changes you made. Once you've done that, that's it. You've redesigned it, you can now resend it to the customer by clicking this send proposal button and they can resign the new option that you've created for them.
