Home Dashboard

OpenSolar 2.0 features a new dashboard on the home page where you can quickly access projects, see recent activity, and see project trends. 

The recent button lists your most recent projects. Here, you can easily click into projects to make edits, see what stage they are in, and email, call and text contacts. You can also star favourite projects in this area. 

The activity button shows recent customer activity, such as when a proposal has been viewed, how long is has been viewed for and when it has been accepted. 

You can also quickly add activities by clicking on Create Activity. This will take you to the Control zone where you can create, assign and schedule tasks. For more information on how to create activities in a particular project see this article.

The Overview button shows you your project trends and activity sorted into three categories: Projects Created, Projects Sold and Projects Installed. 

It also gives you a count of how many projects are in each stage. You can click into each stage, which will take you to the project list of that particular stage in the Project zone.
