Archiving Payment Options, Pricing Schemes, Templates and Incentives

In OpenSolar, you now have the ability to archive payment options, pricing schemes, proposal templates, contract templates, and incentives in the Control zone.

 This may be useful if you have created multiple pricing schemes, for example, but will no longer be using some of them for future projects. In this case, the pricing schemes that you archive will still be applied to the projects in which that have been previously used for, but not visible in your new list of pricing schemes.

To use this archive function, go into the Control zone, and navigate towards the area that you would like to archive (for example, to archive a pricing scheme, go to pricing & payments > pricing schemes, but for proposal templates, go to purchase experience > proposal template).

You will need to go in and edit that particular scheme/option/template/incentive, then press the archive button near the bottom, and hit save. Please note: for payment options, you will need to click edit > advanced settings to archive.

 This will then place it into an archived list, of which you can easily view by  show archived at the top of the list of schemes/options/templates/incentives. You can then click to edit that item and choose to unarchive it if you wish for it to return in your regular list.
