Auto-Apply is effectively like a “default” button. It is a feature that is used when setting up Pricing Schemes, Payment Options, and Incentives to automate the application of these Schemes, Options and Incentives depending on where a project is created.
How It Works
If you toggle the Auto-Apply to ON , then the pricing scheme, payment option, or incentive will be applied automatically according to location filters and a priority system.
When you turn it ON, you are able to choose that you would like to apply it ONLY to specific states or postal codes. In order to add a state or postal code that you would like to apply this pricing, payment, or incentive to, simply type it into the input area and press Enter on your keyboard.
Note: If you do not specify which States or Postcodes, it will be applied to ALL states and postcodes.
When you create a new project, the Pricing Scheme, Payment Option, and Incentive which will be applied will be the pricing, payment, or incentive with the lowest number in the “Priority” input.
