Admin vs Non-Admin
Admin is the highest level of access. A user with this role is typically for the decision-makers of an organization, and they can access all sections of the organization's account and modify all information, such as:
- Company Information
- Pricing and Payments Method
- Design and Hardware Settings
- Proposal and Contract Templates and Checkout Experience
- Customers Information & Activities
- Others (e.g., utility tariffs, incentive setup, integrations & API keys, document templates, etc.)
Non-Admin is the mid-range access level. These users have access to limited sections. They will not be able to access the Control section of the App unless special access is given (this refers to creating custom roles). This role is typically for salespeople who work on projects, contact customers and do not need access to editing specific organization details.
