Electricity Utility
Navigate to the Energy tab near the top of the page to see the utility information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the Electricity Utility.
The "Current Tariff" is the rate you'd like to use for the customer's past bill savings analysis. If the customer has to move to a different rate with the installation of solar, you can model this by choosing a "Proposed Rate". Future bill savings will be calculated with this rate's parameters. The current tariff will be used for future calculations if you do not choose a proposed rate.
The system will automatically apply a utility rate based on your project's zip code. If you would like to see details on the currently selected tariff, click on the name of the tariff and you will get more insight.
If this is not the correct rate, choose the button . This will let you choose a rate from OpenSolar's wide-range of of utilities and electricity rates.
If you cannot find the rate you would like to use in our database, please submit a request and include the rate schedule. Our team will be happy to create the rate in the database for you.

In CONTROL: Utility Rates, the message at the top says "Search our extensive database of utilities and rates, and include rates on your 'Favorites' list." How do you 1) find the "Favorites" list and 2) Add a custom rate to the Favorites list?
And 3) How do you delete custom rates you have created in the past?
