In the Control Zone, Under Presets, you are able to include Extra Costs.
If there are additional costs associated with a project due to specific features of a job, you can automatically account for this with Extra Costs. Extra Costs are assigned automatically for each system based on the system details to account for additional costs due to:
- Steep Pitch (Steep or Very Steep)
- Roof type
- Roof height (2 or 3+ stories)
- Tilt racks
Extra costs are added to the system price without any markup (except for "Markup Pricing" methods which markup the extra costs).
Extra Costs are automatically added to all pricing schemes EXCEPT they are NOT added to the 'Fixed Price' pricing scheme. This is so you have control over the exact price that is set.
Extra costs are specified without tax. Tax will be applied automatically if necessary.
