You may find that you have just created a project (or several) and you realised that the pricing scheme that you applied to them needs to be updated.
You can simply go to Control and update the pricing scheme there. (See here for an article on setting-up pricing schemes)
For this change to take effect, however, you will need to go back to the Studio page of the project(s) that you wish to be updated. Once this Studio page has re-loaded, your pricing scheme update will then be in effect for that project.
Ensure that when you navigate away from the Studio page, you click Save and Continue.
A project has just been finalised and the interactive MyEnergy proposal is loaded up. However, there was an error in the pricing and the Markup Percentage was entered in as 3%, rather than 30%.
- Update the Pricing Scheme in Control
- Save your changes
- Go to the Studio page of the project
- Wait for the calculations to be completed
- Navigate to MyEnergy and ensure that you click Save and Continue
Now the pricing scheme changes are updated for that project!
There are some other changes that you may make which the Studio page will need to be re-loaded for.
