This article is in the Projects section of the App.
First you will need to navigate to the Project Page for the Project you will be editing.
The Project Page can be accessed by clicking on a project from the Project zone or you will be taken there when you create a new project.
This page allows you to edit various details of the project and you can also send out invitations for the customer to view the MyEnergy page for the designs you’ve created
In order to update the Electricity Utility Tariff for a project, scroll down to the Electricity Utility subsection and click on the pencil icon to edit.
You can do this by clicking on the Utility Tariff input box and typing out keywords from the tariff. From here you will be able to set the current and future utility tariffs.
This will bring up a list of available options. Scroll through the options and select the correct tariff.
If the tariff is expected to change then you can also set the future tariff. Otherwise, leave it set to None and the current tariff will be used for future calculations.
You are able to also create a custom utility tariff. If this is a tariff which is likely to only apply to a single project, you can create a once-off tariff on the project page.
To do this, edit the Electricity Utility by clicking on the pencil icon. Then click on "Create custom Tariff". This will take you to a page where you can customise your tariff. To find out more about how to do this, read this article.
However, if you are likely to be using the tariff for multiple projects then you should create a tariff in the Control zone.
To find out how to do this and to see general tips on making custom tariffs, please read this article.
After you have finished making changes to this section, ensure that you click the button.
