This article is in the Projects section of the App.
First you will need to navigate to the Project Page for the Project you will be editing.
The Project Page can be accessed by clicking on a project from the Project zone or you will be taken there when you create a new project.
This page allows you to edit various details of the project and you can also send out invitations for the customer to view the MyEnergy page for the designs you’ve created
When you create a new project, it is very important that you add the customer’s contact details so that the proposal message and PDF will be filled out correctly. If you add their email address you can also directly email them the invitation to view the proposal.
To do this, first click on the edit button in the top right hand corner of the Contacts section which is at the top of the page.
If you have not created any contacts then click on the button.This will open up the option to either Assign Existing Contacts or to create a New Contact.
This will allow you to fill in their contact details.
After you do this, ensure that you click the button.Ensure that you toggle them to Active if you want them to be able to receive invitations to view the MyEnergy proposal.
If you wish to add this customer another project in the future, you will be able to do this by following the same process, but instead of clicking on the add button, click on the Search Existing Contacts search bar.
Then choose your desired contact from the drop-down.
If you ever wish to edit a customer’s information from the Project Page, click on their name as it appears in the Contact list.
This will take you to their contact details where you can edit/update any of their information.
