OpenSolar allows you to take control over how you display your Terms and Conditions to your customers.
Standard Terms and Conditions
In order to edit your standard Terms and Conditions simply go to Control section of the App and then click on Manage underneath the heading Organisation Details.
From here, scroll down until you see the heading Standard Terms and Conditions
Here you will be able to enter in your Terms and Conditions content by using a text-editor.
Payment Option Specific Terms and Conditions
OpenSolar also allows you to enter in Supplementary Terms and Conditions based on the payment option which is applied to a project. Find out about how to do this by reading our article on how to create payment options.
Ensure that you press the button when you have finished creating your Contract.
Note: If you have entered both the Standard Terms and Conditions AND the Payment Option Specific Terms and Conditions then it will combine the two into one.
If you have multiple payment options and your proposal template settings are set to display "All" payment options then it will take the Terms and Conditions from the first payment option along with the Standard Terms and Conditions.
