Creating a Heat Pump Proposal Template
Navigate to the Proposal Template:
Control > Purchase Experience > Proposal Template
Click “+ Proposal Template” to create a new custom template
Configure Basic Template Settings
Assign a name (e.g., Heat Pump Proposal).
Expand the Proposal Settings section.
Enable only the following required sections:

Configure Featured Figures
Under Featured Figures, you can choose to:
Enable some, all, or none of the four available figures.
Select based on what best supports your heat pump offering (e.g., total system price, energy savings, etc.).
Final Customizations and Save
Add any branding, logos, or custom copy as needed.
Click Save to finalize and activate the new template.
Creating a Heat Pump Proposal
Once your template is ready, you can now build a customer proposal using it.
Enter Customer Information:
From the Home Page, input the customer’s address.
This will generate a map view for the project location.
Design the System:
Go to the Design tab.
Click on the Other tab in the component library.
Add the Heat Pump to your project as a standalone component.
Configure Pricing and Incentives:
Open the Pricing tab:
Select the appropriate pricing and cost scheme for the heat pump.
Navigate to the Incentives tab:
Apply any available government or utility incentives applicable to the project.
Once complete, your heat pump proposal is fully configured and ready to be shared with the customer, either as an online interactive proposal or a downloadable PDF.
