PDOK (Site Boundary) Imagery 🇳🇱

Summary:

In OpenSolar, Dutch users are able to access site boundary mapping data in the design page to clearly distinguish between several properties attached under a single roof. This is a handy feature particularly in densely populated areas of the Netherlands where houses are stacked tightly together, and it is hard to distinguish by only using satellite imagery.

PDOK provide clear site boundaries and plot numbers to easily distinguish between entire properties, as well as dwellings. 

How to add imagery:

1. Enter the design page for a given project

2. Once you have selected your design mode, click the + Add View button, and select "Kadastraal"

3. Confirm your selection

4. The site boundary map should now be loaded in on your screen

You can then simply switch back and forth between your different imagery options from the bottom menu selection.
