Customise Hardware Costs
To access the hardware cost override tool, either start a new project or head into an existing project. From the Design section, open the Pricing tab on the left hand side and select Customise Hardware Cost within the Pricing Breakdown section. The following options are available for each component:

Apply live trade costs from currently selected distributor |

Manual (Business Control Settings) |
Apply costs as defined by an admin user within Control --> Design & Hardware |

Override (for this project) |
Apply a manually defined cost as entered by the user |
Roles & Permissions
To configure Shop related roles & permissions you must have admin privileges. As an admin user, head to Control --> Company --> Custom Roles --> Create/edit Permission Set to review the following options:

Add or remove the ability to override distributor pricing within Design. Grants users the ability to apply the following pricing options for individual components:
