Summary:
The following article will show you how to add any files you might need to keep with you project.
Uploading your file
In order to upload a file, navigate to the manage tab, and locate the documents section. From there select the + button and select Upload File:
A frame will then pop up, where you can drag and drop a file or click to upload. You can also add a tag for your file. File tags are used to determine what the upload is used for.
Compliance - These documents are available for download in the "Installation and Compliance" section on the manage Page. You can then fill them out and upload them with the appropriate file tag.
- Assignment Form (CER-RET-016)
- Compulsory Written Statements (CER-RET-014)
- Connection Form
- Electrical Compliance
- Onsite Verification (CER-RET-015)
- Other Document
Owner's Manual - These are files that you can upload to include in the relevant section of the automatically generated Owner's Manual PDF. You can find out how to control where they appear in the PDF by reading this article on Owner's Manual Templates
- Array Mounting Certificate
- Connection Diagram
- Equipment documentation
- Extra File
- Post-Install Photograph
- Pre-commissioning test
- Test and commission
Sales Proposal - These tags are used to add in extra PDF documents which will be attached beneath the Sales Proposal. This could be used for attaching product spec sheets if they are not provided by the manufacturer.
- Sales proposal - extra files
- Sales proposal - equipment documentation
Site - These tags are used for your internal use only.
- Assessment Form
- Extra File
- Photo
- Utility Bill
Once uploaded, titled, and tagged, you can then click save.
Note: the title and tag are not mandatory when uploading files. However, do remember that the tag is important in directing where that file will appear. For e.g. you need to tag “sales proposal - equipment documentation” if you want the datasheet that you upload to appear on the proposal!
All the loaded files will show on the “Documents” section of the manage tab. From here you can download, edit or delete your files.
