Duplicating a project:

A great productivity tool to enhance your workflow. Users may find this feature particularly useful when needing to send several proposals out to different owners within the same site, e.g. a multi-dwelling building or office block. This feature is also great when looking to compare/apply different consumption profiles to the same system design to see how the ROI/savings reflect on the proposal.

Duplicating projects couldn't be simpler:

• Head to the Projects section
• Open the project to be duplicated
• Select the Manage page
• Click on the 3 dots at the right corner of the manage page
• Select the Duplicate Project button

• Confirm via the pop-up that you wish to load the duplicated project in a new tab
• Modify the replicated project to suit your needs and save the changes
• Job done!

Original and duplicated projects can be accessed via the Projects section.

Duplicated projects can be identified from the Manage section. A new event is logged in the project history, recording the duplication action for future reference.

Please note the following details will not be duplicated, as these items are likely to be unique for each individual project:

• Project history events
• Project management actions
• Planned activities/events in the calendar (manage page)
• Project files
• Transactions

Deleting a project:

Deleting a project is easier than ever. To do so:

• Select the Manage page
• Click on the 3 dots at the right corner of the manage page
• Select the Duplicate Project button

Note: Once a project is deleted it can not be reverted. 

Duplicating a design:

To duplicate a design:

• Go to the design section of your project
• Select the design option you want to duplicate
• Select "Add new system"
• Select the "Duplicate system" button

Deleting a design:

To delete a design:

• Go to the design section of your project
• Select the design option you want to delete
• Go to the summary tab and scroll to the end of the summary tab
• Select the "delete system" option

Note: Once a design option is deleted it can not be reverted.
