All quotes are price locked for 3 months from the date of creation (pending PVF feasibility review process). Nationwide service offering, covering all post codes in England, Scotland, Wales (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands). Payment processing handled directly with PVF. Invoicing issued on the scaffolding erect date. If customer/homeowner contact details are provided, PVF will make all necessary arrangements directly with the property owner. How to get started & setup PVF Scaffolding within OpenSolar

• Setting up Scaffolding is as simple as accepting the PVF terms & conditions
• From your OpenSolar account, head to Control --> Other --> Connect
• Click the tickbox to activate the PVF OpenSolar Data Sharing and Terms & Conditions agreement
• Read and accept the Terms & Conditions
• You're now ready to create, submit & track PVF Scaffolding quotations & orders

How to create, submit & track PVF Scaffolding quotations & orders

• From a new or existing project, head to Design --> Scaffolding

• Enter the building height and the total scaffolding length required. If the measurements need to be collected from the map, click Measure Height. Consult (?) tooltips for additional guidance
• Answer the 4 survey questions
• Click Calculate And Save Cost to generate an instant PVF quotation
• If a live quotation cannot be generated, click Create Quote and PVF will provide a bespoke quotation within 2 business hours

• Once ready to proceed, click Order Scaffold from within the Design or Manage tabs
• Finalise the quotation process by completing the quotation form, working through each section, Cost Estimate --> Customer Information --> Site Information
• Once Book Now has been clicked the ongoing status of a PVF order can be tracked from the Manage section. Summary of statuses as follows:
  • Order Flow:
    • "Order Submitted" = Install scheduled to go ahead as planned. Can be cancelled up to 48 hours before install date
    • "Cancelled" = Order has been cancelled
  • Quote Flow:
    • "Pending" =  Quotation pending bespoke pricing from PVF. Email notification will be sent once pricing is available for review within OpenSolar 
    • "Confirm Order" = Review and confirm bespoke pricing
