Undo Customer's "Buy"selection

We have a case where a customer changed his mind after selecting "Äccept Proposal and Pay deposit" for a system option.  Is it possible to "Undo" this selection so that he can select a different system option?

  Hi Craig,

  Yes, absolutely!

  Simply go to the project zone > sales & service section > edit > unregister the "sold system" and "sold payment option" > save.

  The other system options will now appear again for that customer.

  Christian,

  I can't see how to "unregister the "sold system" and "sold payment option"". Can you be more clear? I need to re-sign my customer with an updated agreement and delete the old one.

  Hi John, 

  Allow me to respond on Christian's behalf. In order to remove the sold system and payment option you go to the project page for the project and edit this section and then use the sold system and sold payment option drop downs to set them back to blank:

  

  

   

  After you have done this, you can also edit and delete the transaction:
