    Thank you for reaching out to our support team via the OpenSolar Community. 
     
    There are a few ways you can contact our ProExperience Specialists for support:

    • When logged into OpenSolar, you will notice a blue question mark in the upper right-hand corner (see image below.) This icon is available throughout OpenSolar on any page. Should you click on that icon, a drop-down menu will appear with a button to "Submit A Ticket", where you can contact our team directly, and we will respond as soon as possible, usually within one business day. 

    •  Alternatively, if you click on the Control in the upper left-hand corner of your account, you will enter your Control Zone, and there in the main central panel of the Dashboard is a "Contact Us" icon .

     
    To add that Net Savings Feature you were requesting onto particular Proposals, you may enter into the Online Proposal, click "Customize Proposal"-->"Edit Proposal Template"-->Open Proposal Settings-->and add "Net Savings" to the "Featured Figures" to appear above the System. 


     
    Should you wish to add this figure across the board on all Projects. You may follow the same steps above by navigating into the Proposal Template in Control Zone-->Purchase Experience.
